Measure & Mix
Mix 15–20 ml of She Health Plus with an equal amount of lukewarm water.

Twice Daily
Drink once in the morning on an empty stomach and once before dinner.
Precautions
- For external use only — do not ingest
- Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas
- Keep out of reach of children
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Perform a patch test before first use on sensitive skin
- Discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation occurs
- Consult a healthcare professional if pregnant, nursing, or under medical treatment
